Uilleann Pipes, Flute, Fiddle and Guitar
Isaac Alderson is an absolute master of the uilleann pipes, wooden flute and tin whistle. The Chicago native once won All-Ireland championships on all three in a single day. He has an amazing resume of performances and recordings with Eileen Ivers, The Yanks, Ensemble Galilei, Come From Away on Broadway and the touring show Celtic Crossroads. Isaac will be joined on this Samhain (Celtic New Year) concert by the "Tradfather," New York's own Tony DeMarco, one of the world's leading exponents of the famous County Sligo fiddle style and a formidable improviser. They will be joined on guitar by Matt Stapleton, the preferred backer for many of New York's finest Irish traditional musicians.
